Corporate Governance in Switzerland

This report is the outcome of intensive discussions in the Panel of Experts on Corporate Governance and in particular in its committee. The members of the committee were: Prof. Peter Böckli, Thomas Hodler, J.S.D., Richard Meier, Ph.D., Christian Stiefel, and the author of this report, Prof. Dr. Karl Hofstetter.
